Key Responsibilities:

  • Empathetic Communication: Provide compassionate and understanding support to pet owners during their visits, appointments, and phone inquiries, demonstrating that you truly care about their concerns.

  • Appointment Coordination: Efficiently schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and our veterinary specialists.

  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as updating client records, processing payments, and maintaining organized digital files.

  • Education: Educate clients about our services, procedures, and any necessary aftercare instructions, empowering them to make informed decisions for their pets' well-being.

  • Problem Solving: Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a proactive and professional manner, working collaboratively to find solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional empathy, patience, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
